Mid-week Meditation

This is an easy meditation that can help you relax and get a bit of much needed head space mid week. Focus on you, this is time for you to feel good.

Follow the steps below:

- Make sure your room is not too bright, light a candle and sit comfortably, with the flame eye level or slightly below.

- Then, gaze at the flame,allow any thoughts just to pass through your mind and keep bringing your focus back to the flame.

- Try not to blink, and as you become more adept with this technique you can imagine yourself breathing in the light of the candle.

This can lead to a profound and deep meditative state. It's easy and can be as long or as short as you want it.
